CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS IF IT WAS INPUT INCORRECTLY IN MY ORDER?
Yes, if you find that you inout your shipping address incorrectly you may reach out to us via email at morgan@evolvemediatx.com and we can fix that if submitted via email within 72 hours of placing your order. After that timeframe, we're no longer able to change your order delivery address as we work hard to get your orders out as soon as possible.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Limited edition prints and posters are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are FINAL SALE purchase and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
DUE TO THE HAND MADE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT, THERE MAY BE SLIGHT INCONSISTENCIES, THIS IS JUST THE NATURE OF THE HAND PRINTING PROCESS AND NOT CONSIDERED TO BE A FLAW. WE WILL NOT BE REFUNDING PURCHASES FOR PRINTS WITH SLIGHT INK SCUFFS, LIGHT SCRATCHES, MISREGISTRATION, OR INCONSISTENT COLORS.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY SUSPICIOUS OR FRAUDULENT ORDERS.
SHIPPING
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
We insure all packages with either UPS or USPS, so if a package arrives destroyed it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
We no longer send replacements due to scammers and will no longer be refunding damaged posters unless the shipping agent verifies the refund. If you package arrives damaged, all damages MUST be reported to the carrier within 14 days of the delivery.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
All orders ask to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery *unless otherwise noted. Most of the time we get items out much faster but sometimes we have an influx of orders come in all at once and the process will take a little longer.
